Establishing the project objectives and determining the project
requirements.
Build
With the project plan agreed, the development
of solutions is executed at customer site or at our development
center.
Convert/Confirm
This stage converts operations from the
present legacy system to the newly installed Rushmore system.
Deploy
Some of
our larger customers require implementation of our solution
into multiple sites. The implementation model is customized
and applied to each site.
Evaluate
The
project is evaluated against project success factors
identified during the Analyze phase and signed
